My Bio and Experience:
You may be wondering how one person can consult you on such a wide range of topics. In short, I have lived and studied these topics for decades. I’ve written several books and collaborated with leading health experts including: Dr. Oz, Dr. Deepak Chopra, Dr. Dean Ornish, Dr. Wayne Dyer, Dr. John Gray, Eckhart Tolle and Dr. Andrew Weil. I hold two bachelor’s degrees (business & health science), an MBA with an emphasis in marketing, and a doctorate in education. I also completed 14 months of doctoral level studies in naturopathic health education. I hold fifteen certifications including massage therapy, plyometrics, physical education, flexibility, nutrition coaching, water fitness, exercise rehabilitation, golf conditioning, Pilates, personal training, clinical hypnotherapy, sports hypnosis, PACE circuit training and yoga. My medical training includes a license in radiological technology, a medical assisting certification/phlebotomy, and training in McKenzie rehabilitation. I’ve worked directly with chiropractors, dermatologists, plastic surgeons, sports medicine doctors and aesthetic specialists. I even worked at an urgent care center. I have earned 3 black belts and 3 blue belts in various martial arts, and I’ve completed the Ironman triathlon. I finished 5th at the U.S. National Run/Bike Championships. I spend hours every week continuing my studies in related and emerging fields. There is much, much more, but you get the idea. I have experience.

My practical experience with longevity, biohacking and extending “healthy years of life”:
Even though I’ve always been an athlete and have eaten pretty well my whole life, as we get older, “intervention” in the form of medical, spa and aesthetic treatments are needed and a good idea.
I have done all of the following procedures: Hair transplants, Botox, various fillers, various laser skin treatments, 30 million IV stem cells, IV therapies including NAD+, chemical peels, Coolsculpting, fat cavitation, LASIK and PRK eye surgeries, eye lid revision, 10+ various bodywork treatments, cosmetic dentistry, all types of massage therapies and facials, and more. Of course, YOU decide what you want to do. I let you know how to do each best.
Why does this matter? I’ve learned a lot, and now I can share it with you.
On a daily/weekly basis, I do/use the following: Red light therapy for skin and hair, peptides, serums, pre-workout formulas, a wide range of sub-lingual nutraceuticals, and various home devices for skin, health, hair, sleep and energy.
So, what have I experienced by doing all of these things?
At nearly 56, It’s nothing short of incredible. I sleep 8 hours each night. If I want, I take a short nap mid-day. I train martial arts 3 days a week, lift weights 5 days a week and walk 4-8 miles a week. Depending on the time of year, I will also add in cycling, hiking, kayaking or swimming. I now experience more mental clarity, smoother skin, faster recovery from tough workouts, considerably more muscle and good blood chemistry reports from my medical doctor. My goal and expectation is to live far beyond 100.
